Our restaurant is based on the best products purchased from specialized companies that import goods from the Asian market.
The quality of sushi is supervised by our sushi master and founder of the restaurant, Maciej Jendrasiak. He has been a fan of Japanese cuisine for over a dozen years. He gained his experience, among others, from the Japanese world champion Alon Than, obtaining an international certificate of completion. As one of the few Poles, he passed the Kuro Obi master exam crowned with a Japanese government document from Hirotoshi Ogawa - All Japan Sushi Assocation Sushi Skills Institute Permanent Director/Technical Chief - Chiba Pref. Sushi.
