What is FormBox?
FormBox is android app designed to collect data from field or perform survey. FormBox integrate with google forms ( https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/) to collect data from the field. With FormBox you create your form using google form, download that form into the formbox app, collect the data, The collected data is automatically submitted to your google form.

Getting started
-Create your form using google form ( https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/)
-Make sure your form should not require sign-in into google app.
-once the form is ready click the view form icon (the eye icon at the top to get the link of the form)
-Open form box app
-click Add Form
-paste the link of the the form ( you can transfer the form using QR code also)
-click download button.
-Once the form is downloaded you are ready to collect the data
-After saving the data send the data to server by clicking the sync button at the bottom right of the screen

UPDATED REVIEW: at first I had an issue with the forms not syncing. The solution was to allow location permissions "All of the time". I originally set it up for "Allow only when in use" and nothing was syncing. I went to permissions manager on my s10, edited it and it works fine now! My suggestions: 1. Can give a name to forms on the app 2. Widget or a way to make a short cut directly to a form from home screen for quick data entry 3. Add section for known izsuss and solutions.

Revising review to five stars. It is straightforward and it works for my simple forms. Be sure to grant location permission or it will not sync the forms you complete offline. Developer was responsive to the syncing problem I reported and tried to help. I was deleting app but checked permssions and location was not granted. After granting location (why?), forms sync. App works great, now, for my boat maintenace log! -old review: Good idea. But completed forms do not sync... so not much use.

I like this app and have been using it for some time now. But recently (Sep 2020) I'm not able to sync form entries. I get a "Sync Error" with the following description: "Error 405; The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That's all we know.". I will 5-start when this is resolved. Several data which took time and energy to acquire are currently hanging in the app with no hope of how to retrieve or upload them. I had sent an email but no response from your team. I need your help with resolving this. Thanks
