About this app
Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée is an ESH (Social Enterprise for Habitat) which merged with ADESTIA (subsidiary of CDC Habitat) in October 2021. Social landlord in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, ESH HPM is present in 21 of the 36 municipalities of the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole conurbation and the town of Pia. It relies on and relies on the expertise and professionalism of its 140 employees at the service of its partners, customers and users.

Aware of the changing expectations of residents, Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée cultivates proximity through the following measures:
- 20 guards' lodges and nearly forty guards at your service.
- 4 local agencies in Perpignan open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4.30pm (4pm on Friday).
- a call center and complaint handling with an exclusive free number dedicated to tenants.
- Local services: a leisure area and a digital area, located in the heart of Vernet-Salanque and managed by our partner, La Roseraie Service.
- Many projects and actions listed in particular in the City Contract on the axis "Living environment" to strengthen diversity and living together.
To modernize our customer relationship and meet the expectations of tenants, we have developed the "My HPM Tenant Space" application, a free and secure app exclusively reserved for tenants that accompanies you in all your customer procedures.
The "My Tenant Space" App thus offers you the possibility of:
• Pay my rent: simple, fast, free and 100% secure (3DSECUR payment)
• View my rental contracts (housing, premises, garage and parking space, etc.)
• Consult and download my documents (my notices of expiry, my receipts and notices of regularization of water and charges).
• Modify my personal information (contact details, CAF beneficiary number, situation
• professional…)
• Change my billing address
• Modify my family composition/my occupants… (in the event of death, birth, departure of a family member… etc).
• My Housing Insurance (deposit of my proof of housing insurance, update)
• Manage my communication preferences
