With the AGUR - My water consumption application, take control of your water consumption and your budget 24 hours a day, wherever you are: monitoring your consumption at a glance for all your contracts, status payment of all your bills, downloading of your bills for your proof of address, consultation of your drinking water and / or sanitation service regulations, information on the quality of your water, etc.
If your meter is equipped with remote reading, daily control of your consumption and detection of a possible leak.
Find this information in detail in your subscriber area by connecting to www.agur.fr - Online agency section. In particular, you can pay your bill online by credit card.
To create your account, have your last water bill ready; if you do not yet have an invoice because you are a new AGUR subscriber, you must wait to receive it.
For any water problem (lack, leak, color, etc.), you can contact our teams 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 09 69 39 40 00 (non-premium rate call).
For any other question, we are able to answer you at the same number from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday or by email at service.client@agur.fr
