We used this app every day for a week as tourists in Bermuda. The UX is highly confusing, you click on one route but then the pop-up shows some irrelevant route first, and you have to scroll down to see the actual route. Often the bus doesn't come. Bus positions are shown on the map only about 10% of busses. They disappear randomly when a route is "finished". The locals don't seem to use the app at all, they just wait and hope. The busses themselves are great, clean, friendly drivers, quick.

We just used this app for the last 6 days in Bermuda. It worked great! (Be aware that your phone will need to be turned off Airplane Mode in order to use it. So if you're using an International Calling Plan, you are all set). Each time you get on a bus or ferry, you just open the app, hit your Ticket, and it activates. ** And the bus drivers were super helpful to make sure you know which stop to get off the bus. Just let them know where you want to go.

not at all intuitive, not helpful, cannot find map, cannot find time-table, you all need some help redesigning this thing. ....
