This worked great for our trip to Rabat. No issues registering an account (which normally is a problem without a local phone number) or paying for the 1 day tram pass that wasn't sold by the employees. Activation by qr code on the tram was easy and quick even with slow roaming cell data.

I have been using it for a couple of months, and so far it's intuitive and reliable. Nevertheless, I noticed a bug with app, if you are offline and you try to launch it (and assuming the app is not already running in the background) then it starts and instantly logs you out, and you have to provide your login credentials again which can be problematic,this happened to me recently and I had to leave the tramway until I remembered my password. Also, make QR codes on-board of trams more accessible.

What the hell, the transaction wasn't confirmed yet in the application and due some technical problems I guess the application just blocked, the transaction wasn't confirmed, and after i received a receipt about my transaction was done, and the funny thing is when i checked my available tickets i found nothing. You know i can sue you for this.
