Alma is the management solution for home care agencies: scheduling, remote management, human resources, and invoicing. Alma Pro is its mobile application, designed for workers in agencies equipped with Alma—home care aides, personal care assistants, and family support workers.

Free for workers, Alma Pro is designed for field use: scheduling, time tracking, intervention monitoring, and communication with the agency.

DAILY AND WEEKLY SCHEDULING
View your daily schedule as soon as you open the application. See upcoming interventions, times, addresses, and specific instructions for each client. Switch to weekly view to plan your schedule. Access GPS navigation with a single tap to get to the client's home.

QR CODE AND GPS TIME LOGGING
Record your arrival and departure at each client's home using QR code time tracking or geolocation. Time tracking is simple, quick, and compliant with remote management requirements. If needed, manual time tracking remains available: it is then automatically reported to the agency for validation.

CLIENT RECORD AND INSTRUCTIONS
Find all the necessary information about each client: address, phone number, emergency contacts, specific instructions, and intervention history. Everything is accessible directly from the intervention details.

INTERVENTION REPORT
Write a report at the end of each intervention: tasks performed, observations, and the client's general condition. Your notes are sent to the agency and can be viewed by colleagues taking over.

COMMUNICATION LOG
Share important information with the entire team working with the same client. The communication log ensures continuity of care and coordination between professionals.

INCIDENT REPORTING Quickly report any incident or situation (health issues, problems at home). Add photos if necessary. The agency is alerted immediately.
MONTHLY SUMMARY View your hours summary: shifts worked, overtime, and kilometers traveled. Keep a clear overview of your activity for the month.
OFFLINE TIME LOGGING Designed for homes with poor network coverage, your arrival and departure times are recorded on the device—an "Offline Mode" banner confirms this—and then automatically transmitted to the agency as soon as the network is restored. Once the connection is restored, the log remains accessible even in the event of an outage.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Receive real-time alerts: new information, messages from the agency. Don't miss any important information.
