Animac Advisor

About this app

Animac is the French review platform dedicated to pets. Veterinarians, groomers, boarding kennels, pet shops, dog trainers, breeders, dog-friendly beaches and parks: find the best places near you, reviewed by those who actually use them.

FIND THE RIGHT PLACE
- Search around you or in the city of your choice, with an adjustable radius
- Filters by category, rating, distance, and criteria specific to each business
- Sort by relevance, rating, proximity, or number of reviews
- Map and route planning, using IGN (French National Geographic Institute) maps

REVIEWS THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING
On Animac, a review isn't just a rating and a paragraph. Each category has its own questionnaire: customer service, availability, price clarity, access to animals, and many more depending on the business.

The result: comparable responses from one listing to another, summarized in "strengths" on each page, and a summary of reviews as soon as there are enough. This is more useful than an average star rating, and it's much faster to fill out than a blank page.

GIVE YOUR OPINION IN TWO MINUTES
- Answer the questions in the category, add a photo if you wish
- The free-text comment remains optional
- Each review is verified before publication
- Follow a business and be notified of new reviews about it

YOUR REVIEWS MAKE DONATIONS
Each published review contributes to the monthly solidarity challenge: a gauge shared by all members that triggers a donation from Animac to the featured animal welfare organization. Your reviews also add to your personal account in the form of points that you can convert into a donation to the charity of your choice.

A FRENCH PLATFORM
Animac is published, hosted, and operated in France. Our maps and addresses come from French public services—the IGN (National Geographic Institute) and the National Address Database. Our audience measurement system is hosted on our own servers. We do not sell your data to anyone, and a professional's placement in our results cannot be bought.
