About this app

Annota is the app for psychologists and psychotherapists in private practice. After each session, you dictate your report aloud for two or three minutes: Annota transcribes it, formats it, and files it in the patient's record. You review it, correct it if necessary, and approve it. What used to take you twenty minutes in the evening now takes three between patients.

DICT RATHER THAN TYPE
Tap the microphone and describe your session as you would to a colleague. The app transcribes your voice and structures the text into a readable report. Nothing enters the record without your approval: you retain control over every word, and you can always type directly if you prefer.

YOUR DOCUMENTS, READABLE AND EASY TO FIND
Photograph a prescription, a letter from a colleague, a neuropsychological assessment, or import a PDF. Annota reads the document, files it in the correct folder, and makes its content searchable. No more piles of papers and binders you never open.

FIND IT IN SECONDS
A single search function scans your reports and documents. Preparing for a session on the subway? Find what you jotted down eight months ago.

DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY
Your files are hosted in France, with a certified Health Data hosting provider, and encrypted. They are never used to train artificial intelligence models. Access to the application can be protected by your fingerprint or face. Every consultation and deletion is tracked. You can export an entire file at any time and delete your data whenever you decide: reversibility is a feature, not a favor.

WHAT ANNOTA DOESN'T DO
Annota does not make diagnoses or clinical recommendations. It is a writing and filing tool, at the service of your judgment—never replacing it. Artificial intelligence formats what you've said, nothing more.

The application is free to download. Use requires a subscription of €39 per month, available at annota.fr. A trial period is offered to early adopters.
