Aspha Pro is the official mobile application for the Aspha ERP system. It provides daily support to field staff and business clients who use Aspha's services.

• View your schedule for today and the next 7 days at a glance
• View each appointment in detail: address, client, services to be performed,

specific instructions, site access
• Get directions to the service location in your usual mapping application
• Check in and out by scanning the site's QR code —

time-stamped and geolocated proof of attendance (with your consent)
• Receive instant notifications for new appointments,

schedule changes, or urgent alerts
• Report an incident or difficulty directly from the app
• Communicate with your supervisor via the integrated messaging system
• View your documents (contract, job descriptions, certificates)
• Track your hours worked each week and month

• Clear dashboard: services in progress, quotes to approve, invoices,

open requests
• Approve your quotes with one click and download the PDFs
• Track your invoices and their status Payment
