Qomob — Keyless Professional Carsharing

Qomob is the mobile app for employees of companies that have implemented a Qomob car-sharing service. Reserve a vehicle in seconds, unlock it directly with your smartphone via Bluetooth, and return it with ease.

Who is Qomob for?

This app is for employees of companies that are clients of the Qomob platform, published by Autopoly. If your employer has implemented a Qomob car-sharing service, you should have received your login details by email. If not, you will not have access to the app: contact your mobility department or human resources department.

Reserve in seconds

View the list of vehicles available at your company, their location, fuel level, and remaining range. Choose the vehicle that best suits your trip, set your pick-up and drop-off times, and confirm your reservation. You receive immediate confirmation, followed by a reminder before departure.

Unlock without a physical key

At the scheduled pick-up time, simply approach the vehicle. The app automatically detects the onboard device via Bluetooth Low Energy and offers to unlock it. No more collecting keys from a security guard, no more going to a charging station. The system even works without cellular network coverage thanks to direct Bluetooth communication.

Integrated photo vehicle condition reports

Before and after each use, perform a quick vehicle condition report directly from the app: photos of the vehicle's corners, fuel level, mileage, and any observations. Your photos are encrypted and stored in France as contractual evidence. They remain accessible to you and your fleet manager in case of a dispute.

Useful, unobtrusive notifications

Reservation confirmation, pick-up reminder before departure, and alerts if any issues are detected on the vehicle during use. No marketing notifications or advertising within the app.

Privacy and Security

- Data hosted in the European Union (France), on Supabase and OVHcloud infrastructure
- Enhanced authentication available (second factor for administrators)
- Local encryption of sessions and business data on your device
- No commercial sharing of your personal data
- Account deletion upon request, in accordance with the GDPR
