BeluoConnect brings together Beluo applications in a single account. You open the portal, choose the tool you need, and your data flows seamlessly from one application to another without re-entering it.
THE APPLICATIONS
Draft, the plan-based quantity takeoff tool
Upload a PDF plan or image, define the scale, and then draw your lines, areas, and measurements. Quantities are calculated automatically and exported to Excel.
Layout, the panel layout tool
Design your photovoltaic power plant directly on a satellite view, whether on a roof, as a carport, or on the ground. Layout also handles timber frame plans with a 3D view.
Finance, the profitability tool
Simulate a 30-year solar project: annual sales, cash flow, NPV, IRR, return on investment, profit and loss statement, and loan schedule. The report can be exported as a PDF.
Study, the study tracking system
Manage your technical studies step by step: analysis of the technical specifications, plans, dimensions, and validation. Progress, milestones, deliverables, and the technical log remain up-to-date for the entire team.
Ops, the site management system
Gantt charts, budget and expenses, inventory and equipment, team and on-site time tracking. Delays, missed milestones, and stockouts are reported as alerts.
BOSCO, THE SITE ASSISTANT
In Ops, ask your question in plain language: where are my projects at, what is the inventory status, are there any alerts? Bosco reads your data in real time and only sees what your account allows. To record a time tracking, a milestone, or an inventory movement, it opens a form: nothing is entered without your confirmation. The responses are generated by artificial intelligence; please verify critical information.
