The worst phone operator after SFR. I've only exceeded my phone data plan twice, and this time I didn't even exceed it. I was careful, but they're forcing me to pay €19.99 when my basic plan is €17.99. On top of that, their app support doesn't work at all, and there's no other way to contact them. I advise you to stay away.

they have very bad customer support and service! I have asked them to close my account multiple times but everytime they ask for justification and each time they void my cancelation request all while still taking money from my bank account,
