It's a rubbish app on a mobile as it goes round in circles when trying to access the app, and I'm using right passwords, it keeps wanting to send 6 digit pin numbers , but it blood works on my tablette, sort yourselves out

Our service is appalling. Internet connection intermittent. No mobile reception available until more than 80 metres from the house. But I pay full price! I often fail to contact my bank. The TV constantly stops & starts. Online purchases & computer updates fail because of insufficient bandwidth.

The service has been excellent so far but they are now pestering me on a daily basis to sign up for Parental Control. I keep explaining to them that my son is 60 years old and lives in England. I am getting very cross with them for not listening to me.
