About this app

Certimage replaces paper-based image release forms. During a video shoot or photo session, the person being filmed reads the text and signs it on your phone: the app generates a sealed PDF image release form in seconds, organized by shoot and saved to your own Google Drive.

A CUSTOMIZED RELEASE
Each image release form is written based on exactly what you are granting: duration, territory, media, and beneficiaries. No perpetual, all-purpose releases, no translated American model releases, no photocopied forms that grant everything, to everyone, forever.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create the shoot: title, date, location, client, type of recording (video, photo, audio), scope of rights granted, beneficiary.

2. Hand over the phone: the person provides their name, reads the text, and gives their consent by signing.

3. The authorization is ready: sealed PDF, copy sent to the signatory if they wish, saved to your Drive.

MINORS: PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION UNDER FRENCH LAW
• Dedicated process for filming or photographing a child: the holder(s) of parental authority, the answer regarding the other parent, the child's opinion, their signature offered from age thirteen.

• Alert system in place for a child involved in a production.

• Exact text read and accepted, preserved word for word.

• SHA-256 hash printed on the document: any subsequent modification would invalidate it.

• A third party can verify that a release has not been altered, at certimage.fr/verifier.html, without you or us.

• Signature trace, timestamp, location, device.

• Each image rights release specifies the duration of the rights, the territory, the media, and the individual's rights to their data.

• Session lock: the person signing cannot view other releases.
