O'Time tracks your time directly in Odoo.
ODOO'S TIMETABLE, NOT ANY MORE
The timer is your Odoo server's timer, not a local copy. A timer started from the browser at the office appears in the app and stops on your phone. Time is measured by the server: no drift if you close the app, if the screen turns off, or if the phone restarts. Your instance's rules apply as is, including minimum duration and rounding.
WHAT YOU TIMETACK
- Your project tasks
- Support tickets
- A single project, when no task is suitable
Describe your activity while the timer is running; the description appears on the timesheet line.
YOUR WEEK, READABLE
Your time entries grouped by day, with the total for each day and the week. Correct a duration, change a description, delete a line. Add a manual entry when you forgot to start the timer.
MULTIPLE ODOO APPLICATIONS
Consultant, service provider, multiple companies: register as many instances as needed and switch between them without re-entering your password. Each instance retains its own session.
RESPECT FOR YOUR ODOO
The app installs nothing on your server and adds no modules. It relies on standard Timesheets. Your permissions, period locks, and approvals are those of Odoo: what the server rejects, the app tells you without bypassing it.
FRENCH AND ENGLISH, LIGHT AND DARK
The interface adapts to the language and appearance of your smartphone.
REQUIREMENTS
An accessible Odoo 19 server, with the Timesheets application installed and an employee assigned to your user. The server-side timer requires Odoo Enterprise; on Odoo Community, the app switches to a local timer and records the line when stopped. Your Odoo credentials remain on your device and are only transmitted to the server you specify.
