My Astuce is reinventing itself to make your travels even easier.

My Astuce is the official transport application of the Métropole Rouen Normandie.

Whether you are a regular or occasional user of public transport (bus, metro, TEOR, TAD) or taxis, this new application will help you obtain all the useful information to get around the territory of the Métropole Rouen Normandie :

- Custom route finder: enter your starting point and destination; the application will offer you the most efficient transport solutions, with a clear and precise description of each stage of the journey and a cartographic presentation;

- Geolocalized information while you travel: thanks to the geolocation functions of your smartphone, you can search for a route from where you are or consult the timetables (real time) of the next public transport crossings nearby .

- Disturbances: consult the latest network information at any time and wherever you are.

- Interactive map of public transport stops, park and ride facilities, bike stations, points of sale and public places.

- Reservation of your TAD and taxis.

- MTicket: Buy and validate your transport tickets from your smartphone.

- EBoutique: Order and top up your transport card.

- Personalized monitoring thanks to the mobility account

disappointing 1.when the route of the bus changes, the app does not reflect the changes. if the purpose was to build an app which is actually up-to-date and usable every day, this is not achieved. 2.even if no recent change,real schedules are not reflected 3.once I bought 4 tickets in the row, with money withdrawn, and they did not appear in my wallet for 2 days 4.navigation is terrible 5.memory of the previous rides is absent I use it rarely, and only for 2 lines, so it is likely even worse

It crashes frequently! I also do not know why the app requires access to my camera and media or calls. It also does not recognize street addresses. It could be improved in several dimensions.

Terribly unhelpful and useless app, added so much stress to my journey. Impossible to sign in/buy tickets as app kept crashing.
