Ratings and reviews

Two things render this app unreliable - the speed, and the accuracy of timetables. It is very slow to come up with route options, but worse, it says No Route Found (Saturday 2300hrs for example, Cannes France to St Augustin, Nice). This is bad when both Google maps, the Deutsche Bahn app and Rome to Rio apps show there is a train.

Often does not work. Purchase of new tickets results in unused tickets disappearing. Only some machines on the trams validate the journey. When trams are crowded difficult to access machines. Validation machines should be installed on station platforms for use prior to boarding the trams. e

Stopped working! Got the app first about a month ago, was working absolutely great! Now all of a sudden does not find any routes, only the message that could not find the route appears. It is definitely that I am not putting wrong leaving/arriving spots, as it is the same as I have used before. Tried uninstalling and installing again did not solve the issue.
