Not exactly easy to use. I purchased 4 tickets on my android phone. That was easy. Finding the tickets was hard. I had to now use my laptop to see the tickets. Now when I open the app, it wants me to remove the app? Where are my tickets on my phone. There has to be a better way. Much too confusing

During trips the app crashed and the transfers were gone. Then the app kept crashing, the balance tickets are gone. Delete the app after writing this review

There's no functionality in this app working the way it should. Get schedule for specific stop - not possible. Plan route from one stop to another - loops indefinitely = clearly a bug. Get schedule for specific line - possible, but only shows the first departure from the first stop after the time you specify. Granted, you can click "next" and "previous", but why not just show a table like the PDFs you can download on the website? So much more practical to see the whole schedule at once. 🤷
