Colokal — the app for parents of summer camps

No more scattered paperwork: Colokal centralizes your children's camp registration, administrative follow-up, and daily camp activities, all from your smartphone.

Discover and register: Browse available camps, filter by duration, date, or theme (sports, nature, arts, languages, etc.), view sessions, and register one or more children in just a few steps. Restart a registration at any time. Manage the waiting list when a camp is full.

Child profiles: Create and update each child's profile: identity, emergency contacts, photo, legal information, and camp history. Invite the other parent or a co-guardian, with personalized access rights (viewing, registration, health, documents, payments).

Health and documents: Complete the health form required by the organizer and sign it electronically from the app. Declare an Individualized Care Plan (PAI) if your child has specific health needs. Upload and update the required documents for each registration.

Simplified payments: Track the remaining balance, history, and due dates for all your registrations. Pay online via HelloAsso or Chèque-Vacances Connect, pay in installments according to the organizer's rules, apply a promo code, or declare a payment already made (bank transfer, check, cash, etc.).

Scholarships and solidarity: View eligible scholarship programs, submit an application with supporting documents, and track its progress. Sponsor a child to help them go to summer camp.

Stay informed: Welcome dashboard with required actions (payment, health form, documents, additional questions). Real-time notifications: registration confirmation, waiting list, infirmary visits, scholarship validation… Follow each camp session: news, photos, and organizer posts.

Useful and secure: Interface available in French or English. Integrated help, parent profile management, and respect for your personal data.
