Link Up is a mobile application for managing the tripartite relationship of a training course. It aims to monitor the learner in his role as a trainee. The Link Up application facilitates the management and management of training and allows the interaction and relationship of the 3 stakeholders of a work-study course: the learner, the company and the training center / CFA.
The Link Up application is a management tool for training managers who centralize all the sessions for which they are responsible. Link Up:
- Ensures exchanges between the different members of a training session through group discussion threads, one to one or in a tripartite relationship
- Allows the transmission of information by filing files, photos or videos or simply by text or voice message
- Allows you to monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees and their skills development through assessments made by tutors or masters of learning
- Facilitates the raising of the level of satisfaction of the quality of the training through assessments.

For the learner (apprentice or trainee), Link Up allows him to be proactive in his training course by:
- Discussing on different discussion threads: TRIPARTITE GROUP (tutor/trainee/coordinator), TRAINEE GROUP (all trainees and coordinators), TEAM TRAINING (all trainees, tutors and teaching team) and in ONE TO ONE with its coordinator or its tutor.
- By accessing documents and information
- By following his progress through the evaluations made by his tutor
- By giving feedback on the quality of training through assessments.
For the tutor or apprenticeship master, Link Up facilitates the relationship and exchanges with the training center and its learner; further involves the tutor by:
- Discussing on different discussion threads: TRIPARTITE GROUP (tutor/trainee/coordinator), TUTOR GROUP (all tutors and coordinators), TEAM TRAINING (all trainees, tutors and teaching team) and in ONE TO ONE with the coordinator of the training or his trainee
- By following and accompanying the pedagogical progress and the validation of the skills of his trainee by periodic evaluations
- By accessing documents and information
- By consulting the trainee's satisfaction reports
- By giving feedback on the quality of training through assessments.
For the training centre/CFA, Link Up allows each coordinator to pilot and manage all the training for which he is responsible, thanks to an interface that centralizes all the training and the associated learners and tutors.
Thanks to Link Up, the coordinator can for each training:
- Use discussion threads and transmit documents
- Follow the evaluations made by the tutors and the progress of the cohorts
- Access a trombinoscope of the trainee/tutor duos and view the level and progress of each trainee using a circle associated with a green, orange and red color code which surrounds their profile photo
- Access the reports of trainees and tutors.
For each profile, the review, evaluation and discussion thread functions benefit from a notification system and the coordinators can view the messages when they have been read. Discussion threads are equipped with a toothed wheel that allows you to filter the media posted (files, photos, videos) and facilitates the search for documents.
Finally, the Link Up application is ergonomic in its handling and agile in its handling in order to ensure its effective and recurring use for the 3 families of users. It allows the feedback of data, their security and exploitation in a process of continuous improvement and QUALIOPI compliance.
