Ratings and reviews

Doesn't show individual stops on the routes. The 3 day pass is based on the day, not the time, so if you buy it late at night then you don't get 3 full days of travel. Travel on Sundays is, apparently, free, though the app only told me this after I'd bought the tickets. Non-contact ticket validation system doesn't always work & it isn't possible to validate on board. English version is not translated very well.

Bad app, not user friendly. First charge it lied that it worked longer, this leaving us surprised once on board and without tickets, had to rush to buy new ones. Not clear when where how to validate. Last day it stopped working. Please make it better!

there is a button in the app to check if the phone is compatible. I turned on NFC and there was an error with "not eligible" at the bottom, although no clue as to who is "eligible". Uninstalled the app. Waste of time. The FAQ is also all in french which is not that helpful. Would be nice to know who is "eligible" rather than just "not eligible" without any explanation. Apps from other cities which offer mobile tickets are much much better than this and I've never had any problem with them.

Added the possibility of subscribing to traffic information for lines not present in the route search.
Opening My Tickets no longer invalidates active Immediate Departure tickets.
