Ratings and reviews

I wasn't able to purchase tickets at all, it always ended with some error after filling all the card details. We've lost half an hour on a platform in really hot weather. Don't bother installing this app and just use a machine on the platform.

The worst public transport app ever. Why can't I purchase two different tickets at once? Why can't I purchase any tickets on the website and I must download the app? Why is the app working once per sometimes and most of the time it is infinitely loading?

Over all the app is ok but I haven't been able to validate a ticket in the last few month for unknown reasons. "erreur d'écriture, veuillez repasser votre carte"
