About this app
Duployé writes the minutes of your meetings. You record, it transcribes; you review, you approve.
Record without worry, even with a locked screen.
Place your phone in the center of the table and lock the screen: recording continues. A call comes in? It pauses and then resumes automatically. The audio is saved to the phone as it's recorded: a network outage won't cause any loss, and transmission resumes upon reconnection.
Minutes ready to review.
Duployé transcribes the meeting, identifies who is speaking based on the member list and what is said ("I give the floor to…"), records the votes, and drafts the document according to your template: minutes, report, or summary of decisions. Each passage is linked to the recording: a tap, and you can listen to the sentence again.
Review, correct, share.
Correct the text, confirm the speakers and votes, then export to Word or PDF and share the file from your phone. Members can view the approved documents.
For whom?
Municipalities, inter-municipal bodies and unions, associations, social and economic committees, co-ownerships: any organization that holds meetings and needs to keep a record of them.
Your data in France
The meetings are hosted in France, and their recordings are encrypted there. The original recording is deleted from the server after one month. No advertising, no tracking.
A Duployé account is required: it can be created in the application or on duploye.fr. All preparation (agenda, notices, members) is also done on a computer, on duploye.fr.
