About this app
How much will your renovation cost, and what will it look like? EstiReno answers both questions, with figures and images to back it up.
The app is for individuals planning renovations as well as professionals—architects, interior designers, project managers, decorators, and real estate agents—who need to provide a reliable estimate quickly.
FOUR WAYS TO GET STARTED
Quoting with the Assistant
You describe your project in your own words. The AI assistant asks the right questions and builds the estimate with you, service by service. It estimates quantities, takes site constraints into account, and offers three price ranges, with real brands and price ranges.
Quoting from an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
You upload your EPC in PDF format. The AI reads it—energy label, heat loss, recommendations—explains it clearly, and then estimates the cost of the improvements with you.
Before/After Visualization
Using a photo of the room, the AI produces a rendering of what it will look like after the renovations. You can adjust it as much as you like: a color, a flooring, a piece of furniture. The images are AI-generated: they are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Project Description Based on Your Plans
You upload your project plans. The assistant uses them to create the site structure—zones and work packages—which you approve, then generates a detailed description, package by package, including quantities and units. Designed for architects and project managers.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT FROM A SIMULATOR
A simulator multiplies a surface area by a price. EstiReno generates a true bill of quantities: each line item has its quantity, unit, quality level, and price. You adjust it as you wish, and the total remains the same.
Estimated prices, excluding VAT. An estimate is not a quote: it helps to establish a budget and facilitate informed discussions with contractors.
