IVAT is a training management solution for managing all of the activity (materials, questionnaires, attendance sheets, internship notices, questionnaires, etc.). This software was designed and designed by and for a training organization with the help of a company specializing in IT development.

How it works ?

You integrate and manage your training / questionnaires directly on the software. Your trainees will follow the classroom training using their own tablet to make the course more fun. They will be able to instantly answer the questions corresponding to their respective session on these tablets. The software then calculates the results of the trainees and they will have the opportunity to come back to the points not included.

How does the software manage official training documents?

Very easy to use, fast and in line with the QUALIOPI certification points, your documents will be integrated into the software. Learners will be able to manage their session on a tablet, sign their attendance, fill in the notices on the course, complete the questionnaires ... (less paper documents)
These documents will then be attached to your training session and will be available for consultation at any time by the administrative part in order to finalize and send the file to customers.
