can't cancel the atonement to save my life. horrible ui and assistence. i lost my free mobile card last year. tried to get it back but couldn't because i didn't have titre de sejour yet so i got reglomobile. now i found out they keep cutting the bills for the number i stopped using. tried to cancel it but couldn't. cant even call the number they ask to call cause i need a free mobile number to call

I already paid my bills but they still haven't opened my phone or WiFi still. it's easy for them to cut you off but not easy to reconnect it.

been with free for close to 10 years . Happy. 5g coverage could be better in France but it's ok
