Before opening a distracting app, you're prompted to ask yourself a simple question:
Is it really necessary?

GoSlow uses the Android Accessibility Service to detect which app is open.

Each time you unlock your phone, GoSlow can display an intent screen.

If the app you're opening is one you've chosen to limit, a screen will appear asking you to confirm your action.

⏸️ This brief moment of reflection is often enough to interrupt the automatic gesture.

Urgent apps (texts, calls, etc.) are not blocked.
