About this app

Simplimmat is the official application of the State to simplify the administrative procedures for individuals who resell or buy back a used vehicle. The seller and the buyer together make the declaration of transfer, the procedure is completely secure and dematerialized (it is not necessary to complete a paper CERFA). The buyer can order his new gray card immediately and immediately obtain his provisional registration certificate

The application only supports vehicles registered in the new format (AA-123-AA) and vehicles of type VP, TM, QM, QLEM, CL, CYCL, CTTE, MTL, MTT1 or MTT2. These are passenger cars, tricycles and quadricycles, two- or three-wheel mopeds and motorcycles.
The type of vehicle appears in field J.1 visible on the back of your vehicle registration document (e.g. J.1 PV for private vehicle).


How does the app work?

You are a seller and you want to sell your vehicle in a secure way?
- Enter the information from your gray card requested
- Complete the information necessary for the sale of your vehicle
- Share the transfer file with the future owner on your respective smartphones
- Sign the assignment on the app to save it
- Download the completed and signed transfer certificate in the application

Are you a buyer and would you like to be reassured about the vehicle you are buying and its administrative situation?
- Wait for the seller to share the vehicle transfer file with you
- Consult and verify the information indicated
- Validate the file with the seller
- Sign the purchase from the application so that your purchase is officially declared to the administration
- Download the completed and signed transfer certificate


Would you like to obtain your new gray card at the very moment of purchase? A few more clicks in the app are all it takes.
- Add if you wish co-holders on the file of your vehicle
- Fill in the details of your place of residence
- Pay the taxes on the secure state payment platform
- Retrieve your provisional registration certificate in the application (valid for 1 month)
- You will receive your car registration document at your address in letter followed within three days

Paiment de CG qui ne mène à rien. Erreur R040. Erreur ! ERREUR ! Continuez sur ants. Une erreur c'est produite. Ça économise un CERFA mais la connectivité avec les services d'administration est inopérante. L'idée est bonne mais l'exécution est française.

je n'est pas pus changé la date/hre d'achat et l'appli a beugué j'ai essayé avec le proprio plusieurs fois de faire la procédure
