About this app

Amendes.gouv is the official application of the Direction générale des finances publiques (DGFiP).

In order to pay or make a deposit for your fine easily and quickly:
- Flash the 2D barcode or enter the e-payment number appearing on the payment or deposit card,
- Enter the details of a valid credit card,
- Confirm!

The application also allows you to obtain a payment receipt directly, through a download or an e-mail.

Ratings and reviews

Scanned the code to pay a fine, then went to get my credit card and put the app in the background. Once I got the card I tried to resume payment but the app lost it. After scanning the code again it says the server is busy processing payments and now I can't pay through the app anymore.

Given the amount of fines I get on my yearly trips from Belgium to Spain and back, I thought I'd install the app. But I have uninstalled it, as it does not link to Paypal or to my banking app, which would have made it super fast and easy. I will make a transfer instead.

Paid a fine by scanning the barcode with the app. 6 months later I receive a notification that I didn't pay the fine. Really? No transaction has been recorder on my card either... How should I know about that? Complete scam
