HelloMairie — a private service, not affiliated with any government agency.

HelloMairie is published by the company NETCLIC. It is not an official application of the State or any local authority, and it is not affiliated with any government agency. When a municipality becomes a partner, it can publish its alerts and information in HelloMairie, and remains solely responsible for what it publishes. The official website of your municipality remains the authoritative source.

NO MUNICIPALITIES ARE PARTNERS AT THIS TIME.
HelloMairie is currently being marketed to municipalities. To show what the application looks like once completed, it contains a DEMONSTRATION municipality whose information is entirely fictitious and published by NETCLIC. A permanent banner on each screen indicates this. No real municipality is associated with it.

WHAT IS IT FOR?
Be notified when your town publishes important information: water outage, road closure, weather alert, elections, roadworks. The notification arrives even when the app is closed.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND AS SOON AS A TOWN BECOMES A PARTNER
• Town alerts, with their urgency level
• News and events calendar: festivals, town council meetings, registrations
• Associations, businesses, schools, sports facilities and venues
• Town hall contact information and opening hours
• A button to report a problem (pothole, broken streetlight) with a photo and location
• What's around you: businesses, public services, places to visit

NON-PARTNER TOWNS
All 34,935 French towns and cities are in the app, and none publish information until they choose HelloMairie. For each municipality, the application clearly indicates this and displays no municipal content: it only provides the public contact information for the town hall, taken from the Administration Directory, and a link to its official website.

You can follow several municipalities: the one where you live, your parents' municipality, or the one where your vacation home is located.

NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS
Viewing alerts and information requires no registration and no email address. There is only one exception: if you send a report to your town hall, you must include your name and email address so they can reply. No advertising, no ad trackers, no data resale. The application also works offline: information already received remains accessible.

WHERE DOES THE INFORMATION COME FROM?
• Alerts, news, events calendar, municipal directories: published directly by the partner municipality from its own website. To date, only the municipality of

demonstration is displayed, and its content is fictitious.

• Public services (town halls, schools, police stations, post offices, etc.): Directory of
the administration, Service-Public.gouv.fr, published by the DILA — Open License
