Designed for care teams coordinated by IDEASANTÉ, EVEYA facilitates communication, information sharing, and intervention tracking, while offering patients a dedicated space to monitor their care and stay connected with their team.

FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
• Secure messaging between all stakeholders involved in a case
• Sharing of documents useful for care coordination
• Monitoring the progress of home care
• Close patient monitoring: changes in condition and monitoring indicators
• Notifications of updates and new messages

FOR PATIENTS
• Personal space to track their care (appointments, steps)
• Self-assessments to report their condition to the care team

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
• Mandatory authentication; Each user only accesses the information relevant to them.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted within the European Union.
• Application lock via biometrics or device code.
• GDPR compliant — no data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
• Account and data can be deleted at any time.

EVEYA is not a consumer application. Access is by invitation only, via an account provided by IDEASANTÉ to healthcare professionals and patients participating in coordinated care. The application is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
