Fishing gear made of plastic has a very long lifespan, which is problematic in the event of loss at sea. They are a source of pollution and some continue to fish.
The Fish and Click application allows you to report lost fishing gear that you see to Ifremer scientists. The application guides you for your report which takes only a few minutes: the choice of the observed craft, a photo if you can, the geolocation of the sighting, the possibly associated species and the validation of the sighting.
