About this app

APE Platform brings together everything that makes up the life of a parent-teacher association: families, memberships, events, communication, and finances.

Parents can follow their children's association activities from their phones. The board manages the association without spreadsheets or endless discussion threads.

FOR PARENTS

• Create an account and join your association's online space
• Register your children, indicating their class and school
• Link both parents to the same household: each can view and complete the file
• Join and pay your membership fee online via secure payment
• View your receipt and payment history
• Grant or refuse image rights, child by child and year by year
• Register for school events and reserve your seats
• Volunteer during convenient times
• Order online for the association's sales and raffles
• Read the news, the calendar, and receive helpful reminders
• Access your file from one year to the next without re-entering everything

FOR THE BOARD

• View families, children, and classes on one screen
• Track who has joined, who has paid, and who still needs to be contacted

Each association has its own space and data, separate from all others. You access yours with the code provided by your PTA.

Login via fingerprint or facial recognition to open the application without re-entering your password.

No advertising, no trackers, no resale of data. Family information is used by the association and for nothing else.
