There is no way to register, only login, either within the app or on the Web site. This appears to be a very elaborate fake app. Are they collecting money from the government for providing a service to the deaf while actually not? This looks like a major scam.

I couldn't sign in. There is no option to sign on to make a new account. Please fix.
