Izzy is an application to help manage crisis management communication for professionals (companies of all sizes, organizations, communities, institutions, clubs, etc.).

When a crisis strikes, time is key, communication is crucial, the messages you share (or not) are critical and strategic. In these moments of panic, bad buzz or just when events interfere with the smooth running of your activities, all teams, internal and external, need support, information, data and sometimes even instructions... The challenge ? Delivering the right message to the right people at the right time… With Izzy, you do it all from a single tool.

App features:

• A ready-to-use crisis communication process to guide you step by step in managing the situation (activation of the crisis unit, first steps to take, universal responses to provide, instructions to share, etc.). The app accompanies you right down to the content of the first messages.
• The application acts as a timekeeper for effective crisis management.
• Ad hoc or adjusted messages are linked to each scenario identified upstream. All messages are tailored to different audiences. Employees only receive the instructions that concern them. Lost, unread and repetitive emails are avoided.
• Send & receive immediate alerts from a single connected object (notifications= faster + read than emails). Automatic updates.
