About this app
JSP Max Admin is the application for Junior Firefighter section leaders. It consolidates what currently takes up a spreadsheet that's never updated, a binder of authorizations, and three messaging groups.
It's designed for section administrators. Leaders and parents use the other application, JSP Max.
YOUR SECTION IN MINUTES
Create your section, open the season, and form your groups. A guided process takes you from an empty account to a ready-to-run section and shows you at any time what still needs to be done.
THE SEASON SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE
A series of sessions—one day, one time, the entire season—then specific dates: cross-country races, ceremonies, open houses.
You uncheck the dates without sessions, and you confirm. A canceled session has a reason, and everyone sees it immediately.
UP-TO-DATE STAFFING
Young people, families, and leaders—no re-entry required.
A young person's profile shows their group, attendance session by session, progress, and emergency contacts. Families manage their own contact information.
YOUR LEADERS
Invite a leader via email and assign them to one or more of your sections. Collect their availability, then assign leaders on a date-by-date basis.
A session without a leader is immediately noticeable.
APPLICATIONS
Receive applications from families, organize your selection tests, enter the results, and make a decision.
Families always know the status of their application.
DOCUMENTATION, DOCUMENT BY DOCUMENT
You select the required documents; families upload them through their application.
You approve each document individually, or reject it with a reason. The family makes the necessary corrections, without having to start all over again.
No more chasing families one after another.
THE MEMBERSHIP FEE
Collect membership fees from families and follow the regulations.
Payment is deposited directly into your section's account.
EDUCATIONAL MONITORING
The competency framework for the four cycles is provided. You adapt it to your section and add your own skills.
Your instructors assess the maneuvers in the field, and each young person's progress is recorded on their profile. The family can see it too.
A PILE OF WORK, NOT A DASHBOARD
The reception desk doesn't show you graphs: it shows you what's ahead.
Unanswered applications, documents to validate, sessions without a supervisor, calls that haven't been made.
THIS IS CHILDREN'S DATA
Accommodation within the European Union. Strict separation between sections: an administrator only sees their own.
No health data is recorded, by design. Anyone can delete their account from within the application.
Installing this application does not grant any privileges: your access depends on your role, which is verified on the server side.
Without an administrative role, the application explains this to you and displays no data.
