Ratings and reviews

Confusion and Frustrating: The app seems to not explain what it does at all and starts to send requests to drivers in your name the moment you setup the app. Deivers do receive instantly requests in your name seeming to be from you. I assume from setting your default settings. It does not tell you that it contacts drivers/sends requests in your names so you hace to decline them confusing for everyone.

it's convenient, but the customer service and the audit or the "conductor"of the karos is ridiculous. while registrating all info is verified and taken, however every now and then they call up to verify just when we are on our way to work and it's really not a good way to do so, we have the official email and phone, and the location is tracked, if you don't answer them they hold up your account. Also they ask us to verify other passengers and ask them to share details, it's a privacy violation.

The Idea is great, the app looks good but the usability is bad - it has so much inconvenience with booking the ride when you want to create it just quickly, because mostly you forget to set-up the trip with a regular travellers and then it takes 5 minutes to set-up one properly, because there are many rules and blockings to follow. I understand it's probably for some security reasons but I think it can be improved.
