Ratings and reviews

Getting "incorrect parameters" and can't book a ride. All addresses are recognized but can't schedule one week in advance. Code to verify phone number never gets received. Web version just resets and want me to enter data again. Unfortunately, I must delete my account since app cannot be used.

Downloaded the app specifically to prearrange a ride to CDG. Booking was easy, and the driver was prompt (in fact he was 15 minutes early). Will definitely use again when I next visit Paris.

"Unable to complete this process at this time" - first try at using the app to order in advance and this is the response I get. Nul. Edit: app functions better and rides are possible but advertised wait times are not accurate (10min advertised = 25min wait).
