• The application is designed so that I can use it with several people, so I can register a second person, friend or companion (SECONDARY USER). It will also be necessary for the secondary user to fill in his photo, in order to prove his identity when using the application at a merchant.
• To update my photo, you will have to wait 15 days between the moment when I have indicated a new photo, and the moment when the update will be carried out.
• When I use the "LE PASS" application in the free version, I benefit from the third discount "LE PASS unlimited". I can use the free version of the app all year round.
• To benefit from freebies, first offers and second offers, I will need to upgrade to the full version (PREMIUM version) of the "LE PASS" application.
• A large number of offers can be used for up to 2, 4, 6, 8 people, using a single application, which allows me to enjoy all the advantages, with family or friends.
• I use "LE PASS" offers in the order I want, and discounts cannot be combined between two applications, nor between offers already practiced in progress.
• I go to the merchant, I show him the offer I want to use. The merchant confirms that the conditions for using the offer have been met. He verifies my photo on my profile of the application, then he validates the offer by clicking on the offer on my phone, and confirming its registration, if it is the first offer or the second offer, being valid only once.
For the unlimited offer, there is nothing for the merchant to tick on my phone, the offer is unlimited.
• Once the merchant has validated either the first offer or the second offer, the offer will be listed as "OFFER USED". It will therefore no longer be possible for me to use the first offer or the second offer at the merchant. But I will still be able to benefit from the unlimited offer.
• When you use "THE PASS", do not hesitate to share it on your social networks, and identify us so that we can re-share it (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
