About this app
This non-governmental application aims to help small towns communicate with their fellow citizens via smartphones, tablets or web browsers.
For this, several features are available here is a presentation:
The article flow:
The municipality can write and distribute articles via email or direct the flow of articles existing on its site into smartphones. They can therefore reuse the existing one. The 2 sources (article written via ma-mairie.fr and articles published on the site of the municipality) can be mixed.
Associations can, if the municipality so wishes, create articles for their members that will appear only to subscribers to the association's section.
Real-time notifications:
A weather alert is scheduled, elected officials can immediately broadcast it to all users of the application.
Agenda :
The municipality or associations can feed the agenda. Note that if the website already has an online agenda, it can be directed directly to smartphones.
Citizen lifts:
The citizens can indicate the concerns encountered in the municipality, illegal dumping, damage, breakdowns, leaks ... They take a photo via the application and with one click the municipality receives the description, photo and GPS coordinates of the problem.
Citizen consultations:
Thanks to the My Town Hall application, you can organize votes, the counting of which will be automated and anonymous. But also you can do open consultations by asking people for opinions on a particular project.
Municipal councilors:
The citizens can have access to the list of advisers with their attributions. The list of municipal councilors is taken from open data.
The job:
The application can allow anyone to find available jobs within a defined radius. My Town Hall interfaces with the Pôle Emploi servers.
Defibrillators and waste management:
My Town Hall allows you to geolocate the defibrillators in the municipality and guide people directly to them.
Waste collectors can also be located via Gps.
Personalization and customization:
My Town Hall can be personalized in the colors of your municipality. The whole interface is fully editable.
Warning :
If your municipality is not a user of the Ma-Mairie.fr ecosystem, you will not have all of the features offered. But you can still report issues like:
- Roads
- Degradation
- Wild deposit
- Etc
Take a photo via the application, don't worry about knowing which municipality you are in, our algorithm determines it immediately and sends your feedback to the concerned municipality.
You can also benefit from the carpooling module and the job search module which finds you the available positions around your position.
Use of data:
The only data presented will be taken from the open data of the Ministry of the Interior.

The municipalities then have full responsibility for the data they publish.
User data:
The necessary user data is just the email address to allow the municipality to communicate directly via emails. The other data requested at registration (telephone, address) are optional. Each person can delete all of their data
As the developers of the application, we do not sell or rent any data. The servers are in France and secure. In addition, sensitive information (Password) is encrypted.
