When you first arrive on the Expense Report app, you will be asked for your Macompta.fr web login credentials in order to access all the features.
The main features of the Expense Report app:
- Scan of your expense reports on the app: using your camera or a PDF import, scan your NDF/invoices for instant recognition of the total HT/TTC; VAT, date, supplier Siret and expense category.
- Immediate or deferred control of your expense reports: expense category, recognized supplier, HT/VAT breakdown and validation of the expense report.
- Supplier management: Create your suppliers, attach expense categories to your suppliers. Your next NDF will be automatically categorized using the supplier's SIRET/SIREN.
- Export to Macompta.fr accounting: Enter your expense report/invoices directly into Macompta.fr accounting. Intelligent recording in the accounting journal adapted according to the mode of payment and initiator of the payment: bank, cash register, expense report, supplier invoices.
- Paperwork storage: Instantly find all your dematerialized expense reports on the web, linked to your accounting entries. Reduce paperwork.
