About this app

CompagnonPP is an application designed to support homeroom teachers in the daily monitoring of their classes and students.

It allows them to centralize, in a clear and organized space, the information necessary for educational and pedagogical monitoring:

• class and student record management;

• scheduling appointments with families or students;

• monitoring of educational teams, IEPs, educational committees, and disciplinary boards;

• writing structured reports using a keyboard or stylus;

• creating, viewing, printing, exporting, and sharing reports in PDF format;

• managing tasks, decisions made, and follow-ups;

• searching, archiving, and viewing history;

• encrypted backup and synchronization with a National Education cloud storage service (Nextcloud/WebDAV).

CompagnonPP thus helps teachers quickly find important information, prepare for appointments, and ensure regular monitoring of actions taken.

The data is stored under the user's control. The application can be protected by a password, and cloud backups (Nextcloud/WebDAV) are encrypted before being sent.

CompagnonPP is an independent tool designed to facilitate teachers' professional organization. It is not an official service of the French Ministry of Education.

Suivi des rendez-vous PsyEN dans l’onglet Orientation, à titre informatif uniquement.
Ajout de « Devoirs faits » dans l’onglet Accompagnement, option facultative et désactivée par défaut.
