About this app

Maxilo is a fun 2 in 1 application that allows you to have access to all the videos of physiotherapy exercises for tongue rehabilitation and other maxillofacial disorders and to make an appointment and interact directly with your healthcare professional who will accompany you throughout your rehabilitation.

The objective? The automation of the correct placement of the tongue to relieve your jaws and your posture and thus allow you to better breathe, speak, eat and drink correctly.

You will have access to the 5 main video programs requested by dentists and orthodontists (among others), to work on the correct placement of the tongue which are: breathing, toning, swallowing and speaking with the added bonus of suggestions for daily sequences of exercises!
In addition to these programs, you will have access to 3 specific programs to guide you in the event of bruxism, sleep apnea or if you have just undergone a frenectomy.

You will have access to more than a hundred videos with an average length of 30 seconds.

To help you carry out your daily exercises:

•⁠ ⁠You will have access to exercise routines, summary sheets, training reading sheets to help you in your everyday practice.

•⁠ ⁠You can activate your phone's front camera throughout the exercises to practice in real time.

•⁠ ⁠And then you will benefit from very valuable help: you will be accompanied by Max, the Maxilo mascot, who will allow you to clearly visualize the positions of the tongue and motivate you in your exercises.
