1. Install the app
2. Enter your same identifiers as those you already use for the Tenant Extranet (https://extranetlocataire.mesolia.fr/)
If you have never created your tenant space:
1. Complete the information requested to identify yourself: customer account number, first and last name, date of birth - OR - Complete the username and password provided by the MESOLIA teams.
2. Enter your email address and choose your personal password
3. And don't forget to activate your account from the confirmation email that you will receive in your mailbox
