Thanks to this application, you will benefit from personalized information in real time concerning your residence or the announcement of an upcoming event.
You will be able to make your technical or administrative requests directly. All you have to do is send a message with or without a photo, which will be processed as soon as possible by the MESOLIA teams. You can also follow the progress of its treatment.
You will also be able to consult your payment history, but also pay your rent via the application.

To connect, it's very SIMPLE:
1. Install the app
2. Enter your same identifiers as those you already use for the Tenant Extranet (https://extranet.mesolia-habitat.fr)
If you have never created your tenant space:
1. Complete the information requested to identify yourself: Customer account number, Surname and First name, date of birth - OR - Fill in the username and password provided by the MESOLIA teams.
2. Enter your email address and choose your personal password
3. And don't forget to activate your account from the confirmation email that you will receive on your mailbox
