About this app

The modec connect application lets you manage your valve fleet and know the operating status of your valves (manual or motorized) without having to fit them with sensors or modify them beforehand.

Combined with the intelligent sensor and a modec portable valve actuator, this application gives you direct, instant access to technical data characterizing the operating status of your valves.

1. Create your own database
Create your own database containing your valves, their characteristics, specifications, operating status, location... This database can be accessed and managed via the modec connect webpage and you can also keep access to it wherever you are with your mobile phone.

2. Get key information about operating status of your valves
For each operation, obtain all the key information you need to know about the operating status of your valves (static and dynamic torque required to open, close, stroke, number of turns, position, etc.) and record them for comparison and monitoring. Identify valves “on alert” and leave photos and comments to facilitate future curative or preventive maintenance operations and avoid unplanned production shutdown.

3. Get ready for AI
Thanks to the richness of the resulting database, get ready to use AI for predictive maintenance.

4. Improve your business management
Manage your business and your teams thanks to the traceability of your operations. Keep records of your operations in the database and/or in pdf format for better Quality, productivity or Sales follow-up.

5. Formalize and standardize operations
Thanks to the “guided” mode, define in advance the exact procedure to be followed for each maneuver, and be sure of the quality of the operations performed
