It's impossible to create an account, making this app useless. -after having to manually enter everything because they went out of their way to disable auto complete, the sign up button just never activates. In the multiple times I tried, most times it just stayed deactivated, with no error. One time, it just never loaded, and another it failed to calculate the password length correctly. -sign up on website? Nope. It's a half broken mess that links to the app. -their ai help agent never loads.

To create an account, your password must respect the following : - Minimum of 8 characters, at least an uppercase letter and a lowercase letter, at least one number, a special character from the following list: @ $ ! % ? & . , + # _ You can contact support directly in the app 🙂.

Still Need to log back in every single time I need the app. I use it once per month. It is so convenient standing in a crowded bus. inconsistencies every where: a ticket ride becomes a "product" at some point (lots of wording issues) In Nancy, tickets to buy are labelled "2025" when we're in 2026. welcome mail before otp mail when signing up, Very bad user experience overall

Pour résoudre ce souci, nous vous conseillons de supprimer l’application, puis de la retélécharger. Concernant les tarifs des billets, ils sont fixés directement par le réseau de transport. Nous espérons que ces informations vous aideront et restons à votre disposition pour toute autre question !

It's convenient only because I never carry change for the bus. But the tickets are slightly more expensive than if one used coins and the app is constantly crashing and having issues, meaning I can't use my tickets or go anywhere. It really sucks, but there honestly aren't many alternatives.
