My P4 calculates your year of service from a single setting, down to the cent, what you earn each month.
YOUR CYCLE, SET ONCE
2/2/3, 3/3, weekly schedule, or reserve: you indicate your cycle type and one day you are certain of. The application calculates the entire year, in both directions—including months already paid—to compare with your payslips. Vacations, statutory and compensatory rest periods, with the same letters as the paper P4.
YOUR NIGHTS, ON THEIR TWO LINES
The payslip lists night work on two separate lines: the flat-rate allowance, which depends on the length of the shift, and the overtime pay for hours worked between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. My P4 calculates these separately, just like the payroll system.
ENTITLEMENT ACCOUNTS MONTHLY, PAYMENT IS MADE QUARTERLY
Night and Sunday hours are accrued monthly and paid in February, May, August, and November, for a quarter ending two months prior. Nine months out of twelve, these lines are therefore worth zero on the payslip, while the entitlement accrues. The application displays both side-by-side: what the month earned, and what will be credited to the account.
COMPARE YOUR PAYSLIP
Copy three lines—night hours, bonuses, and police officer allowance—and the application will tell you if its calculation is correct. An incorrect line is not visible to the naked eye, and it repeats every month until someone notices it.
BONUSES AND THEIR DATED SCHEMES
Public order and investigation allowances—which cannot be combined, as per the rule, and the screen explains why—police officer bonus and its maximum amount, Sunday and holiday allowances. Each pay scale is dated: an increase is added incrementally and does not rewrite the past.
LEAVE, BY THE DAY OR IN BLOCKS
Schedule a day from the calendar, or an entire period: the app counts your service days and excludes rest days. Three weeks do not count as twenty-one days of leave, and it tells you exactly how much they cost.
ARTC CREDIT AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Calculated according to your branch, your plan, and your department, with sick leave deducted.
REGULATORY SHOOTING
Your sessions, their validity, and a reminder before the expiry date. Your off-duty firearms permit depends on it.
WHAT THE APP PRODUCES
The monthly statement, line by line. Your leave plan—without any amounts, it is sent to the brigade commander. The annual summary, for performance reviews. The log in spreadsheet format. And a backup containing everything.
RESERVISTS
Same service rules, completely different pay: shift allowance, by class, with night and holiday premiums, and an annual quota of 90, 150, or 210 shifts.
YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No account, no server, no synchronization. Nothing is transmitted to anyone. Lock your phone with your fingerprint or passcode, if you wish.
WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S NOT
Data entry, the calendar, the details of each calculation, six months of history, shooting reminders, leave planning, and complete backups remain free, with no time limit. Everything is accessible for at least thirty days. After that, a subscription unlocks the archive beyond six months, projections beyond the next month, annual analyses, PDF reports, and qualification tracking.
INDEPENDENT APPLICATION
It is neither published nor endorsed by the Ministry of the Interior or the National Police. Amounts are provided for informational purposes only; your payslip is the only legally valid document.
