Batteries for the heated insoles won't connect to Bluetooth. I read all the directions in the booklet, followed the instructions from the YT video, & read the FAQ section on troubleshooting the Bluetooth connection. My phone is just over a year old & is updated, so all of the bases are covered & they still won't pair. Also, update the YouTube channel with a video specifically for these batteries. They are significantly more expensive than the socks, & the pairing directions are different.

I got the app to work a couple of times when I first bought the boot heaters, but it hasn't recognized them since then, so it was useless last ski season and now this one. Tried to get them to reconnect tonight, nope. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice, now it freezes at the GPS location pop-up. Like the other reviewer with the same GPS freeze issue, I have a Samsung S22. If I'd wanted boot htrs that only work by pushing buttons on the batteries, I'd have bought the cheap ones!

Unhappy with connection issues.. 1 out of three attempts worked. You want to ski and no response from app... hope it gets better. Want to say good things I swear.. Update.. better after new app version. Still lost connection and had to restart batteries. It's cold and that's why timing matters so much (natureofthegame). Once they kicked on they were great though. So opinion is rising thanx

We are very sorry about connection problems you got. We have identified sudden instability on Android platform, and a new version of the app have been pushed on google play on the 8th of February 2021. Could you please ensure you are running the last release 1.4.2. We keep on checking on our side.
